another delicious sandwich...
from liberty heights, on a crusty baguette, tuscan ham, turkey, avocado, roasted bell peppers, olive oil & vinegar, black pepper and lettuce along with my favorite bottled water, Fiji water.
for breakfast i had a bowl of roasted squash soup & half an orange
for lunch my sandwich
for a snack 2 servings of sweet chili brown rice chips
for dinner white fish salad on half a demi-baguette
120 oz water
for exercise i did 40 minutes on the treadmill
burned 320 calories
walked 2.7 miles
37 minutes in the zone
120 average heart rate
100 sit-ups
worked on legs
