liberty heights fresh...


makes a killer veggie to-go sandwich. it had just the right amount of stuff on it and the flavor was great. it had avocado, cucumber, carrots (peeled long and thin), tomato, artichokes, lettuce, chevre (goat cheese) and a roasted garlic & olive tapenade on a seeded baguette. try it sometime when you are downtown.

what i ate today:
1 apple
2 oz wheat grass
1/2 bran muffin
1/2 vegetable sandwich with whole grain bread
1 serving of sweet chili chips
1 fried & breaded chicken breast small
3/4 cup mashed potatoes instant
1/2 cup broccoli & cauliflower
1 cup of haagen dazs toasted coconut sesame ginger brittle (600 calories)
90 ounces of water
