my skin...

okay my skin feels so different. if you ever decide to really do the cleanse there are really awesome side effects. my skin feels so PLUMP, yes that is the word plump. i don't mean fat, but i mean hydrated. i'm not one to believe in lotions and potions, but i do believe in water. i think we are all just really dehydrated. you can truly feel the difference before and after. my face gets clearer and it's like you feel cleaner as the water is circulating throughout your body. the whole concept makes sense to me as every body is about is 70% water, the brain is 85% water, blood is 90% water... the human liver, one of our most vital organs is 96% water!

when i see stagnant water it looks disgusting, so i'm sure my body appreciates the needed water change. i hope this will have a significant effect on my overall health.

if you do this cleanse make sure you drink distilled water.

this makes sense and gives some helpful to do:
The first step is train yourself to drink more water... and there is a lot of good ways to do that... use a bigger glass... instead of the old rule of 8, 8 oz. glasses a day, use 8, 12 oz. glasses a day... The old rule of 8, 8 oz. glasses a day, 64 oz. was first published in medical journals 70 years ago.. before we had the level of exposure that we have today... before we had pesticide residue on our foods, traces of thousands of synthetic chemicals in our water and air. Our body will use 64 oz. Of water just for the basics each day... temperature control, skin hydration, digestion, energy production... in order for our body to be able to detox, flush out the toxins that make their way into our body... we have to drink some level of water above that minimum... and the more we drink, the more we allow our body to purify itself... 10-12 glasses a day minimum! Store your water in glass... it looks better... it tastes better and it's better for you, and you'll naturally drink more!

Increasing the quantity and quality of the water you drink is probably one of the most important health enhancement steps you can make!
