not as bad...

okay so the gym went by faster today and i feel a lot better. i feel like a bus hit me still but i haven't fallen off the wagon yet. for lunch i had stir-fried bok choy, a chinese dish. i love chinese food. it was so yummy! around 150 calories but really good for you.
