this morning. i so didn't want to go exercise. i don't know if this ever will get fun. maybe if the weather was better it would be easier to get out and walk or run. i just kept thinking the whole time i wanted down off that horrible stair stepper. but i stayed on task and made it through. i half-heartedly did my arm exercises afterward because i was so tired. but i did drink all my water today. i had 120 ounces. so i did 45 minutes at 123 average heart rate and 113 floors 2.5 distance.
i came home and made lots of yummy stuff today.
i am getting ready for our yum yum circle and so i've be prepping a lot of items.
and now into the oven
finished Gratin Dauphinois- Classic Potato Gratin
then i caramelized a lot of onions for quiche, soup and other things
my french onion soup base, needs to cure for a day in the fridge to be really good
today i ate
banana
piece of baguette
apple
pastrami sandwich on pumpernickel with cheese and mustard
kouign amann from les madelines like 2000 calories
12 ounces of french onion soup with cheese and crouton
1 oatmeal cookie whole wheat
