I remember the days, sittin' on the porch with my family, singin' and dancin' down in Mississippi." the fact he was white in the midst of his black family and that he never quite got the rhythm, was how i felt today dancing in the class. sandy has been trying to get me to go to that class for about six months. but i know my talents, and hand-eye-body coordination is not one of them. but i indulged her curiosity and went. i felt bad at the people who had to watch my awkwardness. no i don't think soul grooves will every be for me. sorry sandy.
before soul grooves, which was one hour, i'm not sure how to figure that out, i did the stairmaster for 35 minutes and burned 325 calories did 84 floors and 1.5 miles, my average heart rate was 130. after
