(i made this it was so delicious)

taste of bran & buttermilk muffin
half a tomato
drank 110 ounces of water
smokey chicken enchiladas which is tender chicken, green chile, red onions and cheese rolled in corn tortillas, topped with fire roasted tomatillo sauce and drizzled with creamy honey lime sauce. it was served with black beans which i had an extra serving of and sour cream which i didn't eat.
Wow, i just looked up the nutritional info on those enchiladas. tons of fat & carbs! guess i won't be eating those again.
