i just don't like visiting every toilet in the free world. even though i don't keep mine very clean, all the bacteria is mine. i know where it's been and what it's done. this is one of the main reasons i don't like to drink so much water. i always feel like i need to pee. i have a hard time holding it. so with all this water intake i've had a few accidents. b just shakes his head and doesn't know what to say. he knows when i'm coming through the front door to watch out, cause i'll need to bolt into the bathroom. there is no time for a hug or welcome back kisses. good thing the bathroom is close by the the front door.
today i ate
2 ounces of wheat grass
1/2 bran muffin
fish tacos with dressing & tortilla chips
rice works chili chips 1 serving
90 ounces of water
40 minutes on the stairmaster
84 floors
worked on arms & 100 sit-ups & core
