it's called menutego. you might not be familiar with it, but i know others that have it too. it is when you're body says no but your mind says yes to anything unhealthy on a menu. one of the classic symptoms is that you can be easily hypnotized by lots of deep fried appetizer options. these in turn lead to other bad choices, since i already blew it. i must have had this disease for twenty years without really knowing. today i went so far as to try deep-fried artichokes. they were delicious, but i really regretted it later. why do i do this? because i AM exercising! that is the cure for this disease, exercise. i can eat whatever i want and then burn off 6 deep fried artichoke hearts. what am i thinking!!!!
my other healthy choices included
1 chocolate dipped strawberry
2 piece of french bread no butter
1 cup of chicken tortilla soup with no tortillas
1 small green salad with chicken, beans, tomatoes, black olives, red onions and egg
dinner was at Iggy's
spinach, chicken, and ricotta lasagna with cheese, ate the WHOLE thing
two pieces of french bread
6 deep fried artichokes
1 bite of maple-ginger ice cream
1 small piece of almond pie
at least i drank 90 ounces of water
