how i put on the pounds...


i learned that one pound of fat equals 3,500 calories.
that info is so depressing.
so for me to loose 2 lbs a week i will have to burn or have a diet deficit of 7,000 calories a week. yowsa!

so if this is how i gained each pound of fat, eating my favorites, it would probably be helpful to know the calories & fat of these choices. so one pound of fat equals just:
14 small bags of peanut M&M's which 250 calories each
3 pints of Oatmeal Cookie Chunk Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream 1080 calories each (yes i used to eat it by the pint)
3 bags of nutter butter bites 1120 calories each
2 10 ounce bags of cheetos 1600 calories each
23 bit-o-honey candy bars 150 calories each
13 reeses peanut butter cups 260 calories each
25 1.5 ounce packages of swedish fish 140 calories

so the moral of the story is that i will be eating bit-o-honey from now on, and a little "bit" of everything else!

today i
did the stairmaster for 45 minutes, 400 calories 112 heart rate
row machine for 15 minutes
went back to the gym and swam for 30 minutes and did the stairmaster again for 45 minutes
drank 140 oz water
1 apple
1/2 cup pork rinds, will someone get these out of my house! i can't throw the bag away and every day i keep having a few.
a little queso with chips only 6
1/2 cup white chicken chili
