i'm on a roll...


an eggroll. my fingers are wrapped around it right now. julie brought me back 6 eggrolls from jack-in-the-box on her way back from palm springs. you might think yuck, fast food eggrolls, but honestly i've had my fair share of eggrolls all over the world and these are the bomb. but since i am trying to reach my goal, i am only going to eat one and freeze the rest. or should i just eat them all right now and get them out of my house? we'll see what will power i have. how long will they remain in the freezer.

today i got up and did the stairmaster for 45 minutes 400 calories, then i swam for 30 minutes. i love to swim. i need to get some training so i can get a good productive workout. does anyone know any good tips?

today i drank 90 ounces of water
i ate a banana
a tiny bag of carrots
a turkey avocado brie and roasted tomato sandwich on a baguette
a chipolte caramel
a marcona meringue cookie
for dinner i made a yummy mexican brown rice

5 ounces of carne asada meat
1/4 cup cabbage with russian dressing
9 homemade chips & homemade guacamole
1 eggroll with sweet & sour sauce

Danielle Alsop has a really good swimming coach. I think he trains people who are doing triathalons. I know she has had a lot of success with him and would definitely recommend him. Check with her.
