
this morning, my legs felt just like them. this is what happens when you don't exercise everyday. the training goes away so fast. last week was a horrible week for me at the gym, but i'm starting anew. my goal this week is to get to 20 lbs. gone. which is only 3 more pounds. doable, but i have to be on it all week. i even thought of exercising more than once a day, but that might truly put me over the edge. i'll have to see how it goes.
did 46 minutes on the stair master, 415 calories 115 levels 119 average heart rate
also did weights on legs for 30 minutes
drank 100 ounces of water
had 14 homemade tortilla chips & guacamole
made my first caesar salad at home added some steak & tomatoes
...not traditional caesar but good none the less
also had small fries from wendy's. they tasted terrible
i can't believe i used to eat those all the time.
