pain...
pain is weakness leaving the body.
i laughed when i saw this saying, because i was in pain.
in yoga, they have you do one pose and really feel or practice the pose and then do it again and really push yourself to feel pain. not bad ouch pain, but pushing yourself through the pain.
exercise overall is just painful to my brain.
today i swam for a half hour and did the stairmaster for 48 minutes.
today i drank 120 ounces of water
ate a banana
ate an apple
ate 3/4 cup of pasta carbonara
had 4 pieces of bread
one piece of bruschetta
two bites of panna cotta
two bites of lemon raspberry cake
4 oz. mortadella
1/3 cup of queso
20 chips
1 skinny cow ice cream sandwich
