at midnight...


it is really hard to exercise. i had a busy day with b leaving to florida and i didn't get to exercise in the morning. the afternoon slipped away and then i had yum yum group where we made soups. the soups were so good and tasty. but by the time i got home it was almost 10:30pm and the exercise demons were in my brain telling me i was too tired to exercise. i kept putting it off and then by 11:45 i decided if i didn't do it now then i would start the bad procrastination cycle all over again. i'll start again on monday, or better yet, i'll start again the first day of february. but i beat off the demons and got on my elliptical machine and did 20 minutes before going to bed.
i ate an apple, banana, an orange, a grilled cheese sandwich, small fries with fry sauce, and two small beef tacquitos. i had a bunch of spoonfuls of soup.

I am glad that I randomly checked your blog again! Way to go! You'll do great. I'll be one of your many cheerleaders and after I have this baby I'm joining the gym and will definitely go with you! I'd love some soup recipes though if you can share!
