the carbs made me do it...

or not. i think my body went into shock. maybe tomorrow will be a better day and i won't have a carb hangover like today. i could barely workout at the gym today. i actually burned 100 less calories and felt 100 times more tired. the only thing i can contribute it to is the fact i had lots of carbs the day before. does it effect people this greatly? it would be interesting to know.
