have i reached my plateau...?

i think i have. i didn't loose even a pound today. how depressing!
no, i'm really just kidding, but it was nice to look at the scale each day and watch the pounds drop off. however, i definitely think i reached the plateau for sit-up and push-ups. push-ups are hard, even girly ones. people don't realize that for me to do a push-up, i have to get my extra-large gut and both melon size breasts off the floor every time. that is like putting a 75 lb. weigh on someones back and then having them do push-ups. my body is so sore i need a massage. good thing i scheduled one for a treat on saturday. at least i can say i have almost made it a week...
is that all, it already seems like forever.
