
okay so i just weighed for today and i now weigh 230, up another pound, but only 48% body fat, which is down 1%. i guess what they say is true, i'm building muscle, or at least i hope i am. off to the gym with Sharylin. didn't make it at 5 am today so we are going at 9 am.

Hi Bridgette, my dear friend. I am so proud of you for plugging along. I started Jenny Craig on Dec. 31st, and tomorrow is my 2nd week weigh in. Lost 1.1 lb. the first week. Nothing is easy, but it is all worth is. I now need to stop procrastinating on the computer and get to my spin bike. Love ya, and keep up the good work. It is working!!!!

I'm sure you are building lots of muscle, but, you may want to make sure you are eating ENOUGH food. If you stay too light on the calories for too long, your body will start to conserve and you won't be able to lose easily - even if you are being totally diligent. Just a thought - you may want to actually count your calories for a day or two and then adjust up. I had to do this a while back and it made a big difference for me.
