i am so tired, but i need to write what i promised, otherwise i will forget.
today i was so busy with church things and still didn't feel good, so again, i didn't drink much water. i made cream of tomato soup from scratch, a vegan version, a regular version, and a kid's version for our family party. here is a picture they tasted really good.
today i weighed 218 lbs. so i am on track for my goal of 2 lbs a week.
i ate two beef & bean homemade burritos, 1/2 cup of pasta salad, two pieces of duck bacon, grilled cheese sandwich with munster cheese, and two bowls of cream of tomato soup. one large piece of french bread. no exercise. 32 ounces water
