so i got up this morning and went exercising. it was so hard, i almost got off the stairmaster ten different times. between not being able to breathe and just not being motivated it was a long morning, but i hung in there. i got my 2 oz of wheatgrass and orange wedge and felt better. it was finally over, the torture will continue tomorrow. i didn't do well on incorporating my 5 fruits & veggies today. i'll do better tomorrow.
i had 120 ounces of water
1/2 cup of blueberries
2 tuna toasts
herb dip with olive oil and two pieces of bread
2 shredded beef tacos with cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, and guacamole
12 chips with guacamole 1/4 cup
3 cadbury eggs
1 reese's miniature peanut butter egg
stairmaster for 45 minutes 400 calories 123 average heart rate, 105 levels
