i was spiritually well fed...


today, but i did not take care of my physical needs very well. i didn't eat any veggies today. i didn't eat all through the day, i had one big portion meal at night. i really need to plan out sundays better.

my goal throughout this journey is to integrate new tips and tricks and try not to change everything at once in my life. so this next week i decided to take advice from my friend jen, who got this idea from our other friend melanie. i am going to eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables each day this week. i feel like i have my water consumption down, so on to the next challenge.

no exercise
100 ounces of water
1 orange
1 banana
2 helpings of creamy chicken & minute rice
12 little egg rolls
1/4 cup of potato chips
