when you exercise at 5 am...


you don't want to eat bad. i really think this makes such a difference to me. if i'm going to go exercise i really don't want to blow it by eating bad. once i'm in that mindset i think it does get easier to eat healthier. like i said yesterday i am adding something new to my routine; 5 fruits or vegetables each day. i think that will do a couple of things; make me feel fuller each day, get more fiber into my body, make my body healthier, and develop a more balanced diet. plus according to this chart, it's much cheaper.



today i did the stairmaster for 45 minutes, 400 calories
leg workout and 100 sit-ups

1 apple
1 orange
1 oat bran apple muffin
2 oz. wheat grass
1 hard-boiled egg
1/2 bag baby carrots
3 pieces french bread
herb olive oil dipping sauce
1 breast of chicken marsala

broccoli 1/2 cup
green beans 1/2 cup
2 cups ginger tea
120 ounces of water
221 pounds
