you have to move to improve...




and i didn't do that this week. saturdays are never a good exercise day for me. i need to come up with a different plan because i really never want to go to the gym. i always feel like i need to have a day-off. this plan is obviously not working so i'm going to have to figure out how to sleep in on saturdays and still get to the gym when there are so many other fun things to do. next week will be a better week. i am going to the gym everyday and watching what i eat very carefully.

today i ate
a small slice of bacon quiche
a small slice of leek & blue cheese quiche
3 pieces of chicken skin small
1/4 cup tuna fish
2 tiny brownies
1/3 cup mexican rice
1/4 cup beans with cheese
3/4 cup stewed chicken mexican style
12 homemade chips with 3 tablespoons of guacamole
i drank about 32 ounces of water
