i'm so tired...

sharliyn definitely worked me out... 118 average heart rate 127 maximum rate. i did the elliptical for 30 minutes burned 275 calories and then did 10 push-ups (i have a lot to push up) 100 sit-ups, weight training on arms and chest. already drank 32 ounces of water...we had fun but i am so very very tired.
