is the first day the worst day?

getting ready to go to bed so i can get up at 5:30 am. i've decided i really don't like the sound of my alarm. maybe i could find a different sound that i wouldn't mind as much. i should probably really throw it away. i've had the clock since high school. it was the coolest sony clock radio in its' day. i find it interesting the things we live with, old and discolored, and don't even notice much.

anyway, i started today weighing 235. yup, that wasn't a typo. i said i would record it each day and here it is for the world to see. it's not like i enjoy telling everyone, but it also doesn't bother me to tell either. i'm pretty okay with my weight, just wanting to be healthier and live a little longer. i also realized why i could float so well, 50% body fat, no wonder. i also measured my strong biceps which measured 14". my biggest asset, my chest 52". my waist 48". my hips 52". look... at least i can say i have somewhat of an "hourglass" figure. my thighs 25", yes, you can be jealous of that number. nice and small for a girl of my size. my calves 17". which is why i always need the boots made out of the flexible spandex material.

as far as my eating today:
2 ounces of wheat grass
16 ounces of prune juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 gallon of apple juice
192 ounce of water

if you're thinking i forgot to write what i ate, i only had fluids today since i'm doing a cleanse and crapping my brains out.
