running on empty...


today i felt i was running around, didn't have a plan and was trying to accommodate everyone else's schedule. needless to say, i didn't end up eating until almost 2:00 pm. i get frustrated on days like today. i want to eat well, i almost stopped at fast food 10 times today, but i refrained because i did go to the gym. i need to pump my body up with good fuel. when i don't eat i know it is not good for my body, mind or metabolism.

today i did the stairmaster for 45 minutes and swam for 30 minutes
i ate
a banana
1 meringue cookie
4 chips
1 cup of tomato basil risotto
.10 ounces of pork rinds
drank 90 ounces today
i feel like eating a bag of cheetos right now but i'm going to try to refrain
