lock me up on fast sunday...
and throw away the key!!!
so i fasted all day, but then when i broke my fast, i ate about 5 pounds of food. this seems to be a repetitive habit. fast and then gorge. i remember reading in a knights of the round table type book about how they used to have huge dinner parties with troughs built into the table that were on an angle. That way they didn't have to get up from the table to throw up, so they wouldn't miss a minute gorging themselves. they would just bend and barf. beautiful visual. i wish i could barf right now i feel so full.
no exercise today.
barely drank 16 ounces of water
made my goal this week i am down to 210
only 10 pounds to go before may 1st, i think i'll make it
green salad
2 stuffed mushroom caps with sausage
had 3 large helpings of stroganoff
1 cup of lemon green beans
2 pieces of this yummy moist cake no frosting
strawberry shortcake dessert with whipped creme
1 chocolate chip cookie with reeses egg

Way to go, B! You've now lost more than 10% of your body weight - which means better cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes risk, etc, etc... You almost make it look easy!
