it's not as bad as it sounds. i had my first 2 ounce shot of wheatgrass this morning at Jamba. before i started this whole program i used to get my shot of wheatgrass as often as possible. i hadn't had it since i started my cleanse and i forgot how yucky it can be. i guess you get used to it after awhile. it does taste horrible! but you can cut down the bite if you do the orange wedge chaser after. the reason i started is because it really gives you so much energy. especially when you are cutting back on everything. there is a great book called "The Wheatgrass Book" by Ann Wigmore if you are interested in more info on wheatgrass. in fact all that wheat you've been storing all these years will be used for sprouting some day. go back in history and you will see that is what many societies lived on. so we will be sprouting to live, so in my opinion i might as well get used to it now.
