this is going to be a bad week coming up. i can already start to feel rationalization happening. i don't have a gym partner this week so i have to go by myself. i need to get up and go at 5:00 am or i know i won't do it. but since there is no reason to really wake up and do it that early then i begin to procrastinate. any helpful ideas?
today i ate
6 spoonfuls of queso dip
15 chips
a few salt & vinegar potato chips
8 ounces of barbecue beef
2 large helpings of salad no dressing
1/2 cup roasted potatoes
2 large helpings of jello salad
1 brownie
2 pieces of apple with dip
only 32 ounces of water
no exercise
