
we'll i called in sick to workout today. no, i wasn't sick but i just didn't feel like going exercising this morning, or for that matter watching what i ate. b came home from a long trip last night and i just wanted to sleep in with him. then since i didn't have a plan for the day, i ate some pork rinds at the mexican market, and then some cresol loaded french fries for lunch. i did have a healthy apple in the car, but that was about it. for dinner i made stroganoff and asparagus with some friends. it was so yummy i helped myself to three portions. oh and then i had about 4 handfuls of goldfish.
tomorrow i am back on the wagon again. i am going to the gym at 5:30 and then going to yoga at 9:15. i just need to think of today as a lost cause and move on with a better attitude towards tomorrow.
no exercise
