
i got on the scale this morning and i was 215 lbs. so today i have officially lost 20 lbs. i have met my first goal which was 2 pounds a week. actually i did better than my goal i did, 10 lbs a month, or 2.25 lbs. per week or .322 lbs per day for the last 62 days. pretty dang good for someone who has never dieted and hasn't exercised for 20 years. so if i can do it you can too. i will say i do feel sore today.
and i probably gained at least two pounds back already because i ate out for lunch and dinner and i wasn't so good. but it is my free day. so i just need to get back on my program on monday.
ate at tsunami and had
green salad
sushi 8 different ones
shrimp tempura
mushroom tempura
onion tempura
potsticker
rice 1/4 cup
dinner at chili's
lots of chips, salsa, queso
southwest eggrolls the whole platter
two pieces of buffalo chicken
drank 90 ounces of water
i did 46 minutes on the stairmaster 415 caloris level 4 and average heart rate 131
