
i feel stretched and pulled in every direction after doing pilates for an hour this morning. i was the only one in the class and so the teacher was totally focused on me. or should i say obsessed with making sure every body part was in the correct position. it really makes you walk taller and keep your shoulders back. posture is key in this discipline. after being pulled and stretched and went and got on the stairmaster for 22 minutes. it was all i could do.
today i ate
2 ounces wheat grass
handful cherry tomatoes
tostada salad at cafe rio light dressing
lots of chips and queso
4 pieces of goetta
2 strips of salmon
pea shoots, bok choy, mushrooms, & green beans
120 ounces of water
