should i or shouldn't i...

before exercising? it has always been a question in my mind. so i decided to find out.

for most people exercise is an appetite suppressant which was nice to learn. depending on what you are trying to do with your body, determines whether or not you should eat.

if you want to lose weight you need to exercise six to seven hours after your last carbohydrate intake. this is because you want to burn fat, not carbs.

if you are training or you are a runner, and you have long training routine, then you want to eat so you don't use up all the glycogen in your muscles otherwise you will take out all the storage in your body and you will loose endurance.

another interesting fact is that if you can't sleep, the best time to exercise is 2 to 3 hours before you want to go to bed. also if you have stress it is better to exercise at night because it helps you get rid of all the neurotransmitters and epinephrine in your body and helps you sleep better.

today i stairmastered for 45 minutes and 400 calories, heart rate 118
i ate
an apple
1 cup pork rinds
1 cup pad thai
2 lettuce wraps
1/4 cup caramelized beef
1/4 cup fried rice
1/4 lb. mortadella
