
and i've won that championship role or should i say roll, as in fat. but my next goal is to get to the cruiserweight level. it is going to be a tough fight, but i hope to make the weight class for the next round by may 1st. if you don't know, and why would you, a heavy weight is a fighter weighing over 200 lbs. and a cruiserweight is anywhere from 200-175 lbs. if i continue to loose 2 pounds a week i will be able to make my goal. it would be nice to get to featherweight status which is 126 pounds, but that will be sometime next year.
today i went to the gym and did the stairmaster for 48 minutes. burned 400 calories and my average heart rate was 114. then i went and did bikram yoga for 1.5 hours and boy was i sore and lightheaded

spinach salad with egg, bacon bits, candied nuts, avocado, and dressing on the side
2 small pieces of bread
1 slice of cheese bread
3 pieces of goetta
margarita pizza 3 pieces
1/2 cup blueberries
120 ounces of water
