walkers, wheelchairs...


yes, at the gym. honestly, when i see this dedication at 5:00 am,
i can't believe i can't get my sorry able rear out of bed in the morning. last saturday i saw someone in a wheelchair and today, another with a walker, embellished with tennis balls.

i'm glad i don't need assistance to get to the gym, i just need assistance to get up! and i have able legs to roll out of bed with. seriously, how can you not exercise when you see people who can barely walk doing better than you. i never thought i would think the ability to exercise could be a blessing. makes me want to work even harder.

i did 45 minutes on the stairmaster, 415 calories, 117 levels,
average heart rate 121 worked on arms & abs today

2 oz. wheat grass
1/2 cup blueberries
1 piece of bacon
1 small bowl of kashi
1/4 cup milk
1 handful of granola treats
1 cup of red grapes
2 small pieces of goetta
1/4 cup of carne asada meat only
