i don't want to start...
blogging again. it's been nice to have a break.
okay, i really just don't want to let everyone know that i gained 8 pounds last week. yup, e-i-g-h-t! 888888888888888888888888888
i did really enjoy all the eating on my trip to San Francisco, but it definitely wasn't worth a months' worth of exercise and waking up at 5 am to go.
i don't want to get started again, exercising, blogging, eating right or anything right now. i don't think i will make my May 1st goal to be under 200. depressing...
my trip was fun, but the reason i haven't blogged about it yet is because my computer was getting fixed. i got it back yesterday, but didn't feel like starting again. there is so much to blog about it is just overwhelming.
i just feel like not doing anything. i didn't make it to the gym this morning, but i did make myself go tonight. and i am making myself blog right now to get back on track.
i did 55 minutes on the stairmaster
today i had about 100 ounces of water
3 asparagus spears with glass noodles
a few bites of filet of beef & mushrooms
8 pieces of sushi rolls
1 almond meringue cookie
blood orange & passionfruit gelato small cup
6 corn tortilla chips
2 apples

You're doing great. Starting back up is probably the hardest thing there is about long term weight loss and exercise. Nobody wants to go back to the hard work and self control, but you did. You probably just jumped the biggest hurdle that there is in weight loss.
And, you may be surprised that the 8 pounds comes off much more quickly than you expect once you get back on your routine.
