i am a grazer...
today i only did pilates. i was tired and my SIL is really sick and in the hospital so it's been a crazy day. it was my other SIL baby shower too which was fun, and such a surprise. but buffet baby showers are not good for weight loss since i'm a grazer. i can't stop myself. i want to try everything, and so i do. and then when i find something i like i continue to eat it, because it is so yummy. so what to do?
anyone have any good ideas?
i don't even want to write what i ate today.
64 ounces of water
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup cheerios yogurt
chicken salad croissant (2)
chicken roll up
cauliflower soup a few bites
sesame tortilla chips 12
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup pasta salad
1/2 cup spinach salad
1 piece of chocolate cake
