1/2 cups of grapes for breakfast. no fiber!
i had asian star for lunch and had two plates like this. bad!
i made chicken tetrazzini for dinner with brocolini, which is baby broccoli,
and it was really yummy.
i drank about 110 ounces today and i did the stairmaster for 40 minutes, 107 floors and average heart rate 122. then i did a pilates stretch class, which i gave up on because i was so awkward and tired from doing cardio right before.
