it's going to be a bad week...
i can already feel it. i am traveling this week, so i won't have my good water or my exercise routine. i will have lots of really bad tempting food. and i will HAVE to eat it. so how do i come up with a plan? maybe this week is just going to be bad. but that isn't really a plan...
today i made eggplant parmigiana, cream of mushroom soup, and roasted garlic spread. the eggplant was so good. if you think you don't like it, you've never had a good one. i'm tempted to give the recipe but it's like making lasagna. lots of steps so i hesitate giving harder, frustrating recipes.
today i didn't exercise one bit
today i only drank 60 ounces of water
today i ate a banana
an pink crisp apple
a bowl of oatmeal no milk or sugar
green beans with tomatoes
big helping of eggplant parmigiana with noodles
small helping of tuscan bean soup
roasted garlic spread 3 tablespoons
kalamata olive tapenade
4 pieces of bread

Okay, trips can be deceiving...I have been on two really heavy eating trips (one with you) and didn't gain weight on either trip - because we walked our butts off! As long as you are walking a ton - and you definitely should be on this trip - you will be fine! It's the trips where you eat and eat and then "veg" on the beach or something where you really get into trouble. So, my advice is take the stairs, don't take a cab unless you have to and enjoy the fresh air!
