today we got together with my family and we always cook something fun. everyone loves to cook except for b and my dad. my brothers, sister, and their spouses all like to cook so b and dad do the dishes and clean up and it works well for everyone. we like to make some new things and some old favorites. everything was so yummy tonight. i at a lot of different things, but not a lot of one thing. it was all pretty authentic thai. we also made green curry with chicken, but i forgot to take a picture of it. but i have leftovers so i can do it tomorrow. the rice pudding had a wonderful texture and taste.

today i didn't exercise at all
i drank 60 ounces of water, i can feel my lips are so dry
i ate some seaweed and rice chips
i also ate some smoked gouda popcorn about 6 handfuls
i had a few bites of the rice pudding and a few bites of everything above and about 1/2 cup of rice.
